In preparation to plant a church and equip our launch team, I joined EHR in hopes to better equip our team in an area where we struggled the most, viz communication and relationship building.  Connor, who was one of our table leaders, was instrumental in demonstrating competence in utilizing all the skills in the book, especially stacking those skills to resolve complex relational tensions and all the assumptions and tendencies that were shaped by one’s past.  Connor served as a great coach to accurately direct conversations to the correct skills that led to a deep transformation.
