Connor has been an incredible audio engineer to work with. As an artist, you want someone who not only understands the technical side of recording, but also understands the emotional intention behind the music. Connor brings both. Every time we’ve recorded together he’s helped create an environment where I can focus purely on performance while he handles the technical precision needed to capture the best take. His ear for detail, patience in the studio, and commitment to getting the record right has made a real difference in the quality of my music.
Outside of the studio, Connor has also been someone I speak with regularly for guidance and creative support. Our weekly conversations often turn into strategy sessions where we talk through music, career direction, and bigger vision. What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t just give surface level advice… he listens deeply and helps me think through decisions from both a creative and practical perspective. That level of support is rare and has genuinely helped me stay focused and clear as I build my work as an artist.

In preparation to plant a church and equip our launch team, I joined EHR in hopes to better equip our team in an area where we struggled the most, viz communication and relationship building. Connor, who was one of our table leaders, was instrumental in demonstrating competence in utilizing all the skills in the book, especially stacking those skills to resolve complex relational tensions and all the assumptions and tendencies that were shaped by one’s past. Connor served as a great coach to accurately direct conversations to the correct skills that led to a deep transformation.

My husband and I participated in EHD to grow in shared language for healthy communication. We are grateful for the way Connor facilitated the group with care and intentionality. He created an environment of safety where we felt comfortable sharing and practicing with one another.
